“It’s not very often that you get to spend such a formative time of your life with someone who has such similar artistic aspirations as you. This fall, we took a directing class together, and we were repeatedly impressed by how much we had to learn by hearing about each others’ process. This is a collaboration built on having learnt together with and from each other.

We believe that people do their best work—their most open, most intimate, most vulnerable, most brave work—when they’re having fun. Company is a show that is all about the impossibility of human connection, and the nobility of that pursuit. Company the process has been all about that, too.

It has been a joy and an honor to watch this cast come to inhabit their roles. The cast has gifted each other with complex characterization and deep inquiry into their relationships. The work you see today is the product of genuine commitment, connection, and a bold sense of play. We hope that you feel seen and comforted by the deep humanity at the center of the story.
